We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Every piece is prepared with intention before it leaves our hands.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

DELIVERY TIME

After your tracking number is sent, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. In many cases, orders arrive sooner than expected.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items require additional time. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your tracking number is sent. Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Processing times may increase during high demand periods.

Each order is checked and packed to ensure it meets our standards.

We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

FAQs

ORDER REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your order before submitting your purchase, including all items, sizes, colors and shipping information.

We strongly encourage you to double and triple check that the correct sizes have been selected, as once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Please contact USPS.COM for all missing or stolen packages. Working Girl Collective will not be held responsible for any carrier delays or shipping issues once your order has been fulfilled + sent to carrier for delivery.

Working Girl Collective will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.


Any return to sender packages will be held up to 1 week for reshipment after confirmation of new shipping address. After 1 week, the order will be canceled and issued a refund via gift card. Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid by the customer, no exceptions.

If you received notice that your package was returned to sender, please send us an email at infowkggrl.info@gmail.com to replace your order with updated shipping info.

Reshipment fees will apply.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Delivery Status updates will then be sent to the email and/or phone number associated with your order.

If you can't locate your shipping confirmation email— please check your spam/junk folder or send us an email to update or confirm your email address to resend your confirmation.
